Examination Results

Once again the school has excelled in their examination results and surpassed results from 2016 when they received acknowledgement of being in the top 5% of schools.

At ‘A’ level there was an outstanding set of results with 100% pass rate in every subject and 50% of all grades at A or A*. 36 students achieved 3 or more A* or A grades and 4 students achieved an incredible 5 or more grades at A* or A. A significant number of students have secured places at Oxbridge and Russell Group Universities and on highly selective courses such as Medicine and Dentistry.

The best set of GCSE results in the history of the school was achieved despite the challenges the reformed GCSE curriculum poses for all schools. This has been a further amazing year with all 112 students achieving outstanding results in all subjects.
